SHIPPING
How Fast Is Shipping?
- Our shipping times normally range from 2-10 business days after an order is placed. This can fluctuate depending on the amount of orders we receive. After items are shipped, the arrival time entirely depends on the postal services in your area. Typically, you should expect to receive your order 3-4 days after shipment.
Can I track my Package?
- After checkout, you will be sent an order confirmation page as well as sent an email containing your order and order #. Once we ship out your order, you will THEN be sent a package tracker by email.
- If you can't reach these emails or do not think you received them, please check your spam emails before contacting support.
- If after this you still cannot find these emails, reach out to support and we would be happy to help!

When will my order be shipped?
- We ship orders out in the order that they were received. Normally, that is within 2-6 business days after the order is placed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Returns must be made within 20 days of the delivery date. You must use our return label. If you don't, you will be responsible for paying the costs of the return label. If you utilize any addresses that you have found that we did not provide to you, we will not permit a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please email us if you need a return label. Again, your item must be unused and undamaged in order to be elligible for a return. support@wethebelieversclothing.com
- Refunded funds may take 4-10 business days to show up on your method of purchase.
- In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty or incorrect, please see above and read about DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS under our ORDER ISSUES Section. We are more than happy to fix any mistakes we might have made.
Exchanges
- At this time we do not offer exchanges due to our stock constantly changing. We apologize for the incovenience!
- Due to our stock levels constantly fluctuating and limited inventory, we've found that returns for refunds, then re-ordering a product, provides a more efficient ordering process for the customer. Please see above for Return information.
Oversold Items
- In the extremely rare occasion that this happens, we will refund you for item(s) out of stock and ship out the rest of your order to you.
ORDER ISSUES & EDITS
Shipping Issues:
- We The Believers Clothing is NOT liable for any shipping address discrepancies, which include: incorrectly entered address or item, lost or stolen packages, or incorrectly delivered packages.
- We strongly suggest reviewing your order information twice before submitting your order.
Address Changes:
- There is a small window of changing an address on an order.
- If you contact us immediately at support@wethebelieversclothing.com, we might be able to catch it while it is still processing and before it has shipped.

NOTE: We can’t guarantee that we'll catch the order in time to change the address, but we will do our best. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address. Address errors are the liability of the customer.
Editing Your Order:
(i.e. size changes, adding/removing an item, etc.)
- Once an order is confirmed and purchased by the customer, it makes it very difficult for us to change the order due to the software system that we use. However, if you email us immeditately afterwards with your request to change, we may be able to change your order if we see it in time. There is no guarantee. However, this really depends on our current stock levels. If we don't have it a certain size or color that you want in stock, we won't be able to do this for you.
OTHER ORDER ISSUES
I Received The Wrong or a Defective Product
- In the rare case that this occurs, we sincerely apologize for the mess up and we would like to fix it as soon as we can! :) Please reach out to our customer service team through email: support@wethebelieversclothing.com
- When emailing, please include details below that you used to make your purchase.
- Your Name, Order Number, Email.
- Please include specific details and pictures of the problem. This will speed up the process of getting your product to you faster.
PROMO CODES/PRICES
- Only one promo code per order. Please make sure you apply your promo code before placing your order. Once orders are placed, our software system does not allow us to add promo codes.
- Unfortunately, the price your order was processed for is final and we do not have the ability to change the price purchased for.
- Prices are subject to change. We do not apply sale prices to past orders or price match for future sales.
OTHER FAQ’S
When will our Products be back in stock?
- We are continually working hard to get all of our products eventually restocked. The best and easiest way to stay notified on our products and collection is to subscribe to our email and text message list where we notify all new released and restocks available. We also post updates on our Instagram stories and feed. If you haven't already, make sure to turn on post notifications so you can be informed when we restock on certain items.
How do the sizes of the clothing run?
- Our sizes tend to fit more snug, so we recommend sizing UP for a more comfortable, slightly oversized look. Please review the sizing guide provided on each product in the description before placing your order.
Do we ship intenationally?
- We are based out of the United States. At this moment, we currently only offer shipping within the country due to a current influx of international shipping costs. However, we are working very hard to make international shipping to Canada and Australia possible. We will announce all shipping updates on our Instagram stories and feed. Make sure to turn our post notifications on so you don't miss out on updates regarding shipping.
