When will sold out items restock?
We work to regularly restock our products whenever possible. To stay updated on restocks and new releases, we recommend subscribing to our email and text message list so you can be notified when items become available again. We also share updates on our Instagram stories and feed, so turning on post notifications is a great way to stay informed about upcoming restocks.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Our processing time is typically 2–8 business days from the date your order is placed. This may vary depending on order volume. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the postal service in your area, but most orders arrive within 3–4 business days after shipment.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation page and an email with your order details and order number. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information so you can follow your package. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find them, feel free to contact us and our team will be happy to help.
What is your return policy?
To start a return, please contact our support team to request a return label.
Returns must be requested within 20 days of the delivery date. Once approved, we will provide a return label, which must be used to send the item back. Please note that return labels can only be used for shipments sent to a valid street address.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition as received. Returns sent using a different label or to an address not provided by us may not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your return, please allow 4–10 business days for the refund to be processed and issued to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
